  • Yes, our after-hours check-in service allows you to check-in at any time. However, you must provide us with your Australian mobile phone number.

  • Yes, we have two car parks.

    One at the front of the property and the other at the rear of the property.

    Parking is free, but not guaranteed.

  • Yes, all rooms at ART Hotel on York are strickly non-smoking.

  • Yes, we provide free internet to all rooms.

  • Yes, we have a garden courtyard area.

  • We are 750 metres from the City Mall. Even closer to Target, Woolworths, Dan Murphys and the Village Cinema Complex.

  • We currently do not have a restaurant on site.

    We are within walking distance of many lovely cafes and restaurants. Please feel free to contact us if you require further assistance with this.

  • We are in the restaurant precinct.

    A few hundred metres puts you into any number of restaurants. Including Pizza, Jailhouse Grill, Subway, KFC, Chinese, Indian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, noodles and Mexican.

  • While all our rooms have TVs, not all have smart TV capabilities. To request a room with a smart TV, please contact our team.

  • Cancellations are dependent on booking types.

    Most cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the check-in date and time.

    For cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

  • Credit card details are required to secure your booking.

  • Yes, we are only a short 750 metre walk to Penny Royal, the Cataract Gorge and the QVMAG Art Gallery.
